Molly currently serves as the Director of Women's Basketball Performance at the University of South Carolina. She has played a vital role in the Gamecocks' success, including five SEC Tournament championships, five consecutive NCAA Final Fours, and two National Championships (2022, 2024), along with a Runner-Up finish in 2025. In seven years with the Gamecocks, she has helped develop 12 WNBA draft picks, including six first-round picks and a number one overall pick in Aliyah Boston. 

With over a decade of experience, she has worked with numerous NCAA champions, professional athletes, and Olympians.
